JobLoft.com Terms of Use

By using the JobLoft.com web site, a service of eNowHiring, Inc. (“eNowHiring”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

Basic Terms

  1. You must be 13 years and older to use this site.
  2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate other JobLoft.com users.
  5. You may not use the JobLoft.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on the JobLoft.com service.
  7. You must not modify, adapt or hack JobLoft.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with JobLoft.com.
  8. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any JobLoft.com members (“Spam”).
  9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  10. You must not, in the use of JobLoft.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your JobLoft.com account. While JobLoft.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that JobLoft.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the JobLoft.com service at your own risk.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the JobLoft.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  • We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via JobLoft.com's internal messaging service or via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

  • This privacy policy pertains to the use of the JobLoft.com web site at http://www.jobloft.com/
  • This privacy policy covers how JobLoft.com treats personal information that JobLoft.com collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number.

IP Addresses

IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in our user registration databases when you register with JobLoft.com.

IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including:

  • To diagnose or service technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP.

  • JobLoft.com may share demographic information with business partners, such as "65% of users who regularly use JobLoft.com are between 18 and 24" or something similar. No personally identifiable information will ever be used without your permission (i.e. we will ask you for a quote or testimonial)
  • JobLoft.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested or when we have your permission.
  • If you change your resume privacy settings to "public", your resume will be publicly viewable.
  • It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of JobLoft.com's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We will transfer information about you if JobLoft.com is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, JobLoft.com will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the JobLoft.com web site before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Editing and Deleting Account Information

  • You can change your JobLoft.com Account Information, at any time.
  • We may send you certain communications relating to the JobLoft.com service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your JobLoft.com account.
